Ingredients: Sunflower green is very nutritious. It contains many vitamins such as A, C, E, various B vitamins and also minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and selenium. It contains lecithin, lots of chlorophyll and high-quality protein. This green consists of 20 to 25% protein, contains all 8 essential amino acids – a very high-quality vegetable protein. It also has a very high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids (20-40% oil).
Usage: Raw: in salad, on bread, for juicing or as a decoration of your dishes.
Positive characteristics: Base and blood-forming, strengthens bones, muscles and nerves, removes mucous in the bronchi and activates cells.
Note: Sunflower green loses its beautiful nut aroma over time, so don’t let it stand for too long!
This seed can be used for growing microgreens or sprouts in a sprouting jar.
