Ingredients: Mustard greens contains many healthy ingredients, such as vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E and K as well as the minerals iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur and zinc. It also contains 30-35% protein, valuable bitters, enzymes and, above all, the typical essential mustard oil.
Usage: raw: in salad, on bread, for juicing, smoothies, herbal quark, for detoxification or as a decoration of your dishes (heavy dishes are more digestible by mustard green).
Positive properties: antibiotic effect, cleanses and strengthens the organism, dehydrates, antibacterial, antispasmodic and mucous, digestive.
